Every jacket in this line is made to order — cut from full-grain leather to your own measurements, built to a spec sheet you approve before we begin. There is no rack and no stock: your jacket exists because you ordered it.

Start Your Jacket How It WorksThe base is a clean, classic zip-front silhouette — the kind of jacket that never goes out of style because it was never chasing one. From there, everything is your call: the leather, the color, the collar, the pockets, the hardware, the lining.
Please expect your jacket at your door in about four to six weeks. Nothing about it is sitting on a shelf: your leather is cut, shaped, and finished by hand for your body and your spec alone, and a jacket made for one person takes the time it takes. We would rather tell you that up front than pretend it ships tomorrow.
Your email and a password. Your measurements and spec sheets live on your account, ready for your next order.
Our guided walkthrough — the naap, the tailor's word for taking your measurements — shows you exactly where the tape goes for each measurement, and the mistake to avoid at each step. Ten unhurried minutes.
Leather, color, collar, pockets, zippers, lining — every choice shown with pictures and its exact price as you build.
You review the complete sheet — measurements, every option, the total — and approve it. That approved sheet is the contract your jacket is built to.
Your leather is cut, your jacket is built, and you see photos of the finished jacket for sign-off before it ships — delivery to your door in about 4–6 weeks. Signing off releases the shipment; if the photos show anything that doesn't match your sheet, we remake before it ever ships. Cancel free any time before the cut.
Shakoor Trade Co is a New York company — you deal with us, here, the whole way. Your jacket itself is sewn by our partner workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan: a city that has cut and stitched leather goods for over a century, and the same hands behind our custom apparel. We don't hide that; it's why the work is this good at this price. Your approved spec sheet and your shipping address are the only things that travel there — nothing else about you does.
The full menu, confirmed piece by piece with our workshop. If any choice ever can't be made exactly as shown, we contact you before cutting — and your free-cancellation right runs until you agree to the change.
Your exact total builds live in the spec builder as you choose — every option priced, nothing hidden. The total on the spec sheet you approve is the total you pay. Not a dollar more, ever.
Full price up front. This line is paid in full when you approve your spec sheet — because your jacket is made for you alone, and work begins on your order.
Free cancellation until your leather is cut. Until that moment — cutting usually begins around days 2–4 after an order — you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. We email you the day your leather is cut; your cancellation window runs until that email lands.
After cutting, cancellation is by agreement between us — talk to us and we will find the fair answer. And regardless of stage: if the finished jacket does not match your approved spec sheet — beyond the 1-inch making tolerance — it is remade or refunded. That protection never expires.
Shipping and the total. Delivery to a US address is included in your total — the number on your approved spec sheet is the number you pay, with no shipping added after. If a remake is ever needed because the error was ours, we cover the return shipping too.
How refunds arrive. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund, banks typically post it within 5–10 business days.

Start Your JacketA full-grain leather jacket is a decade-long object if it's treated like one: condition it a couple of times a year, keep it on a wide hanger, and let it dry at room temperature if it gets soaked — never heat. And if a zipper or a seam ever needs work, email us first: most hardware and stitching can be serviced, and we will tell you honestly what can be done and what it costs before any work happens. No silent invoices, ever.
