Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why

• Account details — your email address and a password you create. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see or store your actual password.
• Order details — the product, options, sizes, rosters, and design files or descriptions you submit, so we can make your order.
• Measurements (leather line) — the body measurements and fit profile you enter, saved to your account so your next order starts from your numbers instead of a tape measure.
• Shipping details — the name, address, and optional phone number you give us to deliver your order.
• Messages — inquiries you send through the contact form or by email.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information. Ever. Three narrow exceptions, all in service of your order:

• Our workshop receives only what production needs: for a leather jacket, that is your signed spec sheet and your shipping address — not your email, not your payment details, not your account.
• Service providers that run this site — hosting, the account/order database, and payment processing — handle data strictly to operate those services. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches this website.
• The law — if a court or a legal obligation ever requires disclosure, we comply with exactly that obligation and nothing beyond it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as business records. Your saved measurement profile stays on your account until you ask us to remove it. Inquiry messages are kept with our correspondence.

Your choices

Email junaid@shakoortradeco.com and you can see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — deletion is honored for everything except the records of completed orders that tax and business law require us to keep. Questions about any of this go to the same address, or call (717) 644-6870.
