Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026. These terms cover orders placed through shakoortradeco.com. Where an order has its own signed agreement — the bespoke leather line does — that agreement governs that order and these terms fill the gaps.

Custom apparel (sports and custom lines)

• Submitting the order funnel is a request, not a purchase. We review your design, send a proof and a full price, and nothing is charged until you approve both.
• On approval, a 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due before delivery.
• Production timelines we quote (typically 3–4 weeks after proof approval) are honest estimates, stated before you commit. If we cannot meet a date you told us about, we say so before production starts — never after.
• Your designs remain yours. We use them only to produce your order.

Bespoke leather jackets

• Each jacket is made to order under the agreement you review and sign in the order funnel: full price up front, free cancellation with a full refund until your leather is cut, a 1-inch making tolerance on garment measurements, and remake or refund if the finished jacket falls outside that tolerance or does not match your approved spec sheet.
• Making runs about 2–3 weeks from order, and delivery to your door takes about 4–6 weeks in total — your jacket is cut, shaped, and finished by hand to your exact specifications. Delivery to US addresses is included in the price on your spec sheet.

Payments and refunds

• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We also accept other arrangements — contact us; money is money.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved on our side, banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.

General

• Prices and timelines shown on this site are stated in US dollars and US Eastern business practice; an approved quote or signed spec sheet is the controlling document for its order.
• If any part of these terms is ever found unenforceable, the rest stands.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
