Check every line like it matters — once you sign, this sheet is exactly what gets built. It is also the only thing that goes to the workshop when your payment lands: this spec sheet and your shipping address. Nothing else about you goes with it. Anything wrong, go back and fix it before you sign.
The agreement — in plain words
1. Made to this sheet. Your jacket is handmade to the spec sheet above. That sheet, with your signature, is the contract record for your order.
2. The 1-inch making tolerance. Handmade work carries a practical tolerance: any single garment measurement may finish within 1 inch of the number on this sheet, and a jacket inside that tolerance is a jacket made to spec. This is the room honest handwork needs — agreed here, in the open, not buried in fine print.
3. When it is on us. If a measurement finishes outside that 1-inch tolerance, or any choice on this sheet — leather, color, collar, pockets, hardware, lining, any of it — does not match, that is our error: the jacket is remade or your money refunded.
4. Your numbers are yours. You confirm the measurements and choices above are the ones you entered and want. We build exactly what this sheet says, so measure carefully.
5. Payment, cancellation, and time. The full price is paid up front. You may cancel for a full refund at any time until the leather for your jacket is cut — cutting usually begins around days 2–4 after an order; after cutting, cancellation is by agreement between us. Your jacket is made by hand for you — please expect delivery in about 4–6 weeks from your order. Making runs about 2–3 weeks; the rest is finishing, inspection, and shipping.
Typing your name here is your electronic signature on this spec sheet and agreement.
